Pray? of course, it's the best way to cooling down yourself.
But when you have to release all the negative emotion inside, what will you do?
Here are mine:
- shout till the other see you with spooky sight
- kick the people who makes you BT
- throw something to his/her face
- laughing all the way
- don't pick his/her phone up
- don't listen when he/she speaks
- do something that you know will make he/she is angry
